  Wedding  DJ/MC  Pricing For 2010

Reception only:

Contracted 4 hour Reception is $395.00. Total Contracted Time is from when your guests arrive to your last dance or departure. We arrive 1 hour prior to your guest's arrival to set-up and do our sound check at NO CHARGE. Extended  Rate after 4 hours is  $62.50 per/half/hour.  

Ceremony and Reception:

Example 1 - If your Ceremony and Reception is at a location such as "The Cotton Club” where only one set-up is required and if the Ceremony and Reception takes place within a contracted time of 4 hours, the total is $395.00. Extended time rate after 4 hours is $62.50 per/half/ hour. We arrive 1 hour prior to your contracted time to set-up and do our sound check at NO CHARGE 

Example 2 - If your Ceremony and Reception is at a location such as "Delightful Inspiration" where the Ceremony is outside and the Reception is inside and your Ceremony and Reception and takes place within a contracted time of 4 hours,  your subtotal is $395.00. An additional charge of $100.00 is required for the set-up of the Ceremony PA system. Total $495.00 Extended time rate after 4 hours is $62.50 per/half/ hour. We arrive 1.5 hour prior to your contracted time to set-up and do our sound check. NO CHARGE As part of our Ceremony package we provide a lapel microphone worn by the Minister. We can also provide microphones for Readers or Singers

Example 3 - If your Ceremony and Reception are at different locations such as: Your Ceremony is at Durham (Duke Gardens) and your Reception is in RDU, Chapel Hill, Durham ect; Call for a price quote. 

Travel Fees:

We work in a 25-mile radius from 8113 Belgium Dr. without charging a travel fee.
Travel fees beyond 25 miles are calculated @ $2.00 per mile / one-way.  (use Map Quest)
Example: 8113 Belgium Dr. Raleigh NC. 27606  to  Sheraton Four Seasons 3121 High Point Rd. Greensboro Total Est. Time 1 hr. 24 min  Total Est. Distance 82.31mi. - 25mi = 57 mi. times 2 = $114.00 travel fee.
